Since doing the Raise Your Vibration Commitment I experienced a complete shift in my reality for the month of June. Raising my vibration and coming back to my center has helped me with mental clarity and creating a new sense of balance in my life by getting back to a place of discipline in the areas that have proved most beneficial to me on my journey so far. With Mindful Mondays, I got back in the habit of journaling my feelings regularly and I also started back writing in my planner. I am more organized.
