Since doing the Raise Your Vibration Commitment I experienced a complete shift in my reality for the month of June. Raising my vibration and coming back to my center has helped me with mental clarity and creating a new sense of balance in my life by getting back to a place of discipline in the areas that have proved most beneficial to me on my journey so far. With Mindful Mondays, I got back in the habit of journaling my feelings regularly and I also started back writing in my planner. I am more organized. With Thankful Tuesdays and Thankful Thursdays, I started back reading The Magic by Rhonda Byrne. The book is about the power of gratitude and how practicing gratitude creates magic in our lives. With doing Wellness Wednesdays, I got serious about my yoga journey and finally took the time to use my herbs to do my yoni steam. With implementing Fasting Fridays, I started making days without social media a priority again which helped tremendously with my productivity, self-discipline, and being more present at home. Self-care Saturday and Soul care Sunday have been great too as I have been making more of an effort to do things that I enjoy doing for myself. Normally I would do either self-care Saturday or self-care Sunday. Doing both just makes so much more sense to me now. I do not have to choose between one or the other! My husband also experienced a shift this month too with doing the raise your vibration commitment. His health and mental state have improved also. He’s been eating more vegan and pescatarian meals. He also launched his Free the Blind podcast with his friend . Overall this 30 day commitment helped me get more centered, disciplined, and I have crystal clear focus with my vision.
